Dr Oz Totally Agrees with The Awesome Power Of Smoothies

Further proof that drinking Smoothies for burning fat really is effective. I recently was watching an episode of Dr. Oz and he could not agree more on the topic. He specifically said smoothies that consist of a good quality protein powder is vital for the increased fat burning effect. Also unsweetened frozen Berries are a good option as well.

He did also stress like I did in my previous Blog post that watching your carbohydrate intake after 3pm is important... especially if your main goal is to lose some of that stubborn fat. We all know that when Insulin is spiked after a Carbohydrate rich meal... it's almost near impossible for your body to burn fat.

Dr. Oz also shared some low carb super fat burning smoothies on his show... Some of these were with pineapple, apple and even spinach! Interesting and powerful ingredients.
